Modified the engine mounts for the final location. (I hope) Removed the engine to put in the modified release bearing and to drill a couple of holes in the chassis. Engine back in.

Plumbed in the fuel pump with some rubber washers as the standard rubber mounts were too flexible. Started on the fuel and radiator plumbing. The -4 hose end need opening up for -5 hose and 5/15 (8mm) unions. I found the easiest way to do this was with a deburring tool. Finalised throttle cable attachment, adjustment  and brackets,  radiator top brackets, throttle return spring bracket. Made a gearbox mounting plate to stop the gearbox moving to much, welded a small plate on the throttle for the throttle stop. Started making the air box.

Made a bracket for the oil catch tank.

Updated the web site at last.

Got most of the brackets, mountings etc powder coated and got a couple of aluminium T pieces welded for the water plumbing. Started fitting the various brackets and assembled the brake box. Installed the large oil breather pipe and started cutting the dash for the switches.
